0.65" AMOLED Microdisplay 2560×1440 QHD – MIPI Near-Eye Silicon Display
The DMGGO0065QHNA is a 0.65-inch top-emitting silicon-based AMOLED microdisplay delivering an ultra-high QHD resolution of 2560×1440. Built on an active-matrix CMOS backplane, it integrates signal enhancement circuits, driver arrays, logic control, gamma processing, and temperature sensing into a compact near-eye display module. A single MIPI DSI 4-lane input (D-PHY v1.1) supports high-speed video and DSC compression for next-generation optical engines.
With a hexagon pixel layout and 5.67 μm pixel pitch, this microdisplay offers exceptional image sharpness, high luminance up to 1000 nits, and extremely high contrast (>100000:1). The result is vivid, stable imagery for immersive near-eye viewing across wide temperature and outdoor conditions.
- QHD Ultra-High Resolution: 2560×1440 active pixels for extremely fine near-eye detail.
- Top-Emitting AMOLED: High efficiency, deep blacks, and vivid color with contrast >100000:1.
- High Brightness: Typical 1000 cd/m², adjustable from 50–1000 cd/m² for indoor/outdoor AR optics.
- MIPI + DSC Ready: Single 4-lane MIPI DSI input supporting D-PHY v1.1 (1.0Gbps/lane) and DSC video compression.
- Smart Control & Sensing: I²C programmable display mode/position/brightness/contrast, PWM dimming, adaptive brightness, and embedded temperature sensor.
