0.95-inch active matrix AMOLED display module for compact embedded products requiring a small active area, real RGB pixel arrangement, capacitive touch panel support and SPI command interface.
The module uses a 180 × 120 pixel display format, 16.7M color depth, 350 cd/m² typical luminance, 22.23 × 18.32 × 0.75 mm module size and RM67160 driver IC. It is suitable for wearable electronics, compact control panels, portable instruments and small-size HMI products.

SPI Signal Mapping
SDI is the serial input signal for SPI. CSX is the chip select input and is enabled low. SCL is the synchronous clock signal. SDO is used for serial output.
Command and Data Selection
D/CX selects display data or command mode. D/CX = 0 is command, while D/CX = 1 is display data or parameter.
Reset Requirement
XRES is active low and must be applied to properly initialize the chip. Reset low pulse width is specified as 20 μs minimum.
Touch Panel Pins
The pin definition includes touch panel traces X00, Y00, X01, X02, Y02 and X03, plus KEY_R and KEY_L connection pins.
