3.5" IPS Display 320x240 Capacitive - RGB
DM-TFT35-371
DM-TFT35-371 combines a landscape 320 × 240 IPS TFT panel with capacitive touch. The ST7272A display controller uses a 24-bit RGB interface, and the FT6336G touch controller communicates separately over I²C. A 70.08 × 52.56 mm active area sits within the 76.9 × 63.9 × 4.4 mm assembly.

The RGB bus supplies pixel data and timing to the ST7272A. The eight-pin touch connection reports FT6336G touch data separately, allowing the host to combine both in a landscape interface.
FT6336G · I²C. Touch acquisition is separate from image transfer.
Provide the specified LED drive independently of the panel logic supply. Include both paths in the power budget.

Signals: B0–B7, G0–G7, R0–R7
Purpose: 24-bit RGB image input
Signals: HSYNC, VSYNC, DCLK, DE
Purpose: Frame, line and pixel timing
Signals: CSB, SCK, SDI
Purpose: Controller serial interface
Signals: VDD pins 41–42; GND pins 53–54
Purpose: Panel supply and return
Signals: GND, VDDIO, VDD, SCL, SDA, INT, RST, GND
Purpose: Separate 8-pin touch connection
Use the display timing diagrams for SYNC, SYNC-DE or DE operation as appropriate to the host. The serial configuration pins are distinct from the RGB pixel bus and the I²C touch connection.
VDD is 3.0 V minimum, 3.3 V typical and 3.6 V maximum. Normal panel current is 20 mA typical.
Forward current is 15 mA minimum and 20 mA typical. Forward voltage is 18.6 V typical, requiring a backlight supply designed separately from the 3.3 V panel rail.
The CTP supply table specifies 2.8 V minimum, 3.3 V typical and 3.6 V maximum, with a normal current of 4 mA typical.

The TFT and touch sections specify different temperature limits. The TFT table lists −30 to +85 °C for operation and −40 to +85 °C for storage. The CTP table lists −20 to +70 °C for operation and −30 to +80 °C for storage. Use the touch section’s narrower limits when evaluating the complete assembly.
Check the 4.4 mm module thickness, FPC paths and enclosure opening using the product drawing. The active area is 70.08 × 52.56 mm.
Confirm that touch coordinates match the displayed landscape orientation and any rotation applied in software. The specified touch behavior is single point and gestures.

Use the dimensioned engineering drawing to position the cover opening and connection space. The illustration separates the image matrix from the physical module envelope.
Open the DM-TFT35-371 engineering drawing →A landscape status panel or touch menu can use the wide active area. Evaluate text, controls and viewing position on the complete touch assembly, using its narrower temperature limits.
The module specifies 320(RGB) × 240 and a 70.08 × 52.56 mm active area. These dimensions define the landscape display; software rotation does not change the physical opening.
The CTP section specifies −20 to +70 °C operation and −30 to +80 °C storage. These narrower values govern evaluation of the complete touch assembly rather than the broader TFT-only figures.
The backlight has a separate specification: 20 mA typical forward current and 18.6 V typical forward voltage. The panel electronics use a 3.3 V typical supply, so the two power requirements are distinct.
