0.23" Micro-OLED Optical Waveguide Module – 26° FOV, 87" Virtual Image for AR Smart Glasses
The DMGTX0023WGNA is an ultra-compact optical waveguide module that integrates a Micro-OLED display, micro-projection lens, and high-transmittance waveguide to project a large virtual image directly into the user's eye. With a 26° diagonal field of view and an 87-inch virtual screen at 5 meters, this module delivers cinema-scale AR experiences in a package weighing just 12 grams - lighter than a AA battery.
Featuring waveguide transmittance >80% and AMOLED contrast ratio of 100,000:1, the module delivers crisp AR overlays even in bright outdoor conditions. The vertical optical architecture maintains a comfortable 10.8×5.4mm eyebox at 15mm eye relief - equivalent to the viewing freedom of premium binoculars.
- Array Waveguide Optics: Multi-reflection array splitter ensures stable coupling and uniform output across the entire 26° FOV.
- Ultra-Compact Design: Optical engine measures just 23.5×14.8×9.5mm - smaller than a matchbox.
- High Brightness & Contrast: 3000-nit panel brightness enables up to 400-nit eye brightness with 100,000:1 contrast.
- Precision Imaging: TV distortion <1% ensures text appears sharp as printed documents.
- Lightweight Construction: Total weight ~12g (optical engine ~8g) - comparable to two US quarters.
- Rugged Performance: Operates from -20°C to +70°C - suitable for arctic expeditions to desert environments.
