The DM-TFT20-435 is a high-performance 2.0-inch transflective TFT display delivering 240×320 resolution with 260 cd/m² brightness. Engineered with ST7789 driver IC, this versatile module supports SPI, MCU and RGB interfaces - ideal for industrial control panels, portable medical devices, and outdoor instrumentation where readability in sunlight is critical.
Featuring transflective technology that combines reflective and transmissive properties, this display maintains excellent visibility both in bright sunlight and low-light conditions. The 250:1 contrast ratio delivers crisp text and graphics while consuming only 6mA typical operating current - equivalent to just 1/3 the power of standard smartphone displays.
