The DMAYE02701INA is a 2.7-inch active matrix electrophoretic display (AM EPD) tailored for ESL and other portable, battery-powered devices. It features a 176×264 resolution with a 0.217 mm pixel pitch in a pure reflective, bi-stable mode for ultra-low power and comfortable ambient-light readability. The module integrates gate/source drivers, MCU interface, on-chip oscillator, DC-DC, SRAM/LUT, and supports 4-wire/3-wire SPI plus an I²C master for external temperature sensors.
