3.7" AM EPD Display 240×416 | DMAYE03701KNA

The DMAYE03701KNA is a 3.7-inch Active Matrix Electrophoretic Display (AM EPD) built for low-power monochrome applications such as ESL systems. It features a 240×416 resolution with a 0.196 mm pixel pitch, pure reflective bi-stable operation for excellent daylight readability, and ultra-low power with deep sleep. The module integrates gate/source drivers, MCU interface, oscillator, DC-DC, SRAM/LUT, and supports 4-wire/3-wire SPI plus an I²C master for external temperature sensing.
