Product Overview

The DMKTT0702WUCA is a 7.0-inch color active-matrix TFT-LCD module using an a-Si TFT switching panel. It integrates a transmissive TFT-LCD panel, driver circuit, backlight unit, and a capacitive touch panel (CTP) into a production-ready assembly. With a 1200×1920 (RGB) resolution and 16.7M colors, this module delivers sharp UI rendering for modern embedded HMI products.

Designed for embedded integration, the module supports low-voltage system design and includes an internal power supply circuit. It operates from -10°C to +60°C and provides stable optical performance in normally-black mode. The backlight supports typical luminance of 300 cd/m² (250 cd/m² minimum, specified test condition) with 75% typical uniformity and a 20,000-hour lifetime rating.
