Product Details

The DMGGO0020VGNA is a top-emitting, high-efficiency silicon-based AMOLED microdisplay engineered for ultra-compact near-eye optical systems. It integrates signal enhancement, row/column drivers, and logic control on a single CMOS backplane, delivering stable high-contrast imagery with extremely low power consumption. A single MIPI (2-lane) interface with I²C control makes integration fast and straightforward for modern wearable and optical designs.

With a hexagon pixel layout and a typical luminance of 6000 nits (adjustable from 500–6000 nits), this microdisplay is optimized for high-brightness, outdoor-readable viewing in miniature optical engines such as smart glasses, compact EVFs, and portable scopes. 

  • Ultra-Miniature Near-Eye Core: 0.20" diagonal active area (4.03 × 3.02 mm) for extremely compact optical modules. 
  • High Brightness & Contrast: Up to 6000 cd/m² typical brightness with contrast >10000:1 for sharp readability. 
  • MIPI 2-Lane Input: Single MIPI signal (2-lane) supporting D-PHY v1.2 up to 1.0 Gbps/lane. 
  • Smart Image Control: PWM brightness dimming, digital brightness/contrast enhancement, image mirror, timed movement, and position adjustment via I²C. 
  • Embedded Temperature Sensor: Enables temperature-aware brightness compensation for stable viewing.

Compatibility & Integration

The microdisplay supports standard MIPI DSI video input timing and offers full configuration through I²C registers, including brightness PWM control, digital image enhancement, mirror modes, and active window movement. A compact 16-pin 0.35 mm pitch connector enables easy carrier board integration.
