Optical Waveguide Module – 0.68" Micro-OLED Engine, 50° FOV, 105" Virtual Image (LVDS)
DMLXX0070WUNA is an integrated near-eye optical waveguide module designed for AR smart glasses and wearable optics. The optical system combines a Micro-OLED display engine, coupling optics, and a high-transmittance waveguide to project a large virtual image with strong outdoor readability. It delivers a 50° diagonal field of view (FOV) and a 105-inch virtual image, with adjustable in-eye brightness up to 700 nits.
With >80% waveguide transmittance and an ultra-high contrast ratio up to 100,000:1, this module is optimized for crisp, high-contrast AR overlays. A comfortable eyebox (9×10 mm²) and 22 mm exit pupil distance help maintain stable viewing alignment in real-world wearable usage.
- Wide FOV Near-Eye Optics: 50° diagonal FOV for immersive AR information overlay.
- Large Virtual Image: 105" virtual image size for comfortable long-term viewing.
- High Outdoor Readability: In-eye brightness up to 700 nits (adjustable 0–700).
- Ultra-High Contrast: Up to 100,000:1 contrast for deep blacks and clear highlights.
- Low Distortion Imaging: TV distortion < 2% for accurate UI/text overlay.
- Industrial Temperature Range: -40°C to +70°C for outdoor and industrial wearables.
