0.39" AMOLED Microdisplay 1024×768 XGA – Silicon-Based Near-Eye Display
The DMRXO0039XGNB is a 0.39-inch silicon-based active AMOLED microdisplay engineered for compact, high-resolution near-eye systems. Built on a 0.18 μm CMOS backplane with top-emission OLED technology, it integrates digital video processing, row/column drivers, gamma control, and logic circuits into a single ultra-small module.
With ultra-high contrast, wide color gamut, and low power consumption, this microdisplay delivers vivid, stable imagery across a wide temperature range. Programmable brightness, contrast, gamma, mirror modes, and on-chip test patterns simplify optical system tuning and factory calibration.
- Ultra-High Contrast: Self-emissive AMOLED with contrast >10000:1 for deep blacks and crisp highlights.
- High Resolution & Fine Pixels: 1024×768 active pixels with 7.8 μm pixel size for sharp near-eye detail.
- Flexible Digital Input: Supports RGB and YCbCr formats plus 8-bit mono, compatible with FPGA/SoC video sources.
- Smart Control Functions: I²C register control, built-in temperature sensor, PWM dimming, adaptive brightness, and mirror/position adjustment.
