The DMRXO0060SVNB is a 0.60-inch silicon-based active AMOLED microdisplay designed for compact, high-resolution near-eye systems. Featuring SVGA 800×600 resolution and top-emission OLED technology on a 0.18 μm CMOS backplane, it integrates the full digital video interface, driver circuits, gamma engine and control logic into a miniaturized module for professional optical applications.
This microdisplay supports 8/16/24-bit digital input formats (RGB888, YCbCr 4:2:2/4:4:4, and 8-bit mono), with built-in image enhancement for brightness, contrast, chroma and gamma correction. High contrast (>10000:1), >90% luminance uniformity, and a wide -40°C to +65°C operating range make it ideal for demanding outdoor and industrial optics.
