The DMGXO0039XGNA is a 0.39-inch Micro-OLED display module delivering 1024×768 resolution with ultra-fine 7.8 μm pixel pitch and typical luminance of 600 cd/m² (max. 1800 cd/m²). This module supports 24-bit RGB and YCbCr input formats and is engineered for AR/VR applications, waveguides, and NEDs requiring extreme compactness and high contrast (>10,000:1).
This silicon-based OLED microdisplay is a self-developed, top-emission, high-efficiency, active matrix-driven product manufactured using a 0.18μm CMOS process. It integrates signal enhancement circuits, row and column driver circuits, and logic control circuits, making it ideal for near-eye display systems requiring compact size, high resolution, and low power consumption.
