Common Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no MOQ on standard character LCD modules. You can order a single sample from stock; volume pricing starts at 10 pieces.
How fast can I get samples and production units?
Standard samples ship from stock immediately. Factory bulk orders have a lead time of about 3 weeks. DHL/UPS delivery takes 3-5 business days and is free for orders over $800 under 2 kg.
Which interfaces and supply voltages are available?
Most modules use a 6800-series parallel interface in 4-bit or 8-bit mode. I2C is available on selected COG modules; selected PCB character LCD modules are available with SPI or I2C. Standard logic supply is 5.0 V, and 3.3 V COG versions cover 3.0 to 5.0 V.
Can you customize fonts, backlight or the FPC?
Yes. Options include Japanese and European character fonts, white, yellow-green or blue LED backlights, custom FPC shape and connector position, cover glass, and driver or adapter boards. Engineering support includes initialization code.
What quality checks do the modules pass?
Every module is optically and electrically tested before shipment, covering luminance, chromaticity and dead pixels. Assembly runs in an ISO-class cleanroom with micron-level COG bonding.
What if a module arrives faulty?
You can request a return or exchange within 5 working days of receipt, and faulty products are replaced within 30 days. Payment runs through Stripe, so we receive only the payment state, never your card details.
