Custom Engineering

What we customize, quoted per project

FPC & connector

Reshape the FPC, move the connector, reroute the cable — so the module fits your housing.

Cover glass

Custom cover glass cut to your optical path and mechanical design.

Driver & adapter boards

Adapter boards can convert compatible host outputs—such as HDMI or USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode—to a panel’s MIPI DSI, LVDS or parallel-RGB input. Board and firmware compatibility must be confirmed for each display model.

Bring-up support

Datasheets, initialization code and wiring help directly from display engineers.

Every custom request is checked for feasibility first and quoted per project. Standard modules need no NRE. Full scope on the custom display solution page.

Manufacturing

Modules assembled and tested in our controlled production environment

Controlled production environment

Modules are assembled and tested in our controlled production environment.

Silicon-backplane module integration + FPC assembly

OLEDoS panels integrate the pixel array and driver circuitry on a silicon backplane. DisplayModule completes model-specific FPC or adapter integration and optical and electrical inspection.

100% tested

Luminance, chromaticity and dead-pixel checks on every module before it ships.

FAQ

Answers before you ask

Can I order a sample before a volume order?

Yes. Standard Micro OLED modules are in stock and ship immediately, with no minimum order quantity. Volume pricing starts at 10 pieces.

What can be customized on a Micro OLED module?

Common customization covers FPC shape and connector position, cover glass, and driver or adapter boards for interface matching. Each request is reviewed for feasibility and quoted per project.

Which interfaces do your Micro OLED displays support?

Current modules use MIPI DSI, LVDS, parallel RGB 24-bit and SPI, depending on the part number. Adapter boards can convert compatible host outputs—such as HDMI or USB-C with DisplayPort Alt Mode—to a panel’s MIPI DSI, LVDS or parallel-RGB input. Board and firmware compatibility must be confirmed for each display model.

What is the lead time for samples and production?

Standard samples ship from stock. Factory bulk lead time is about three weeks, depending on the model and quantity.

Do you provide datasheets and initialization code?

Yes. Datasheets ship with every module, and key parts also have electrical schematics, pinout definitions and CAD files. Engineering samples include initialization code.

How is display quality controlled?

OLEDoS panels integrate the pixel array and driver circuitry on a silicon backplane. DisplayModule completes model-specific FPC or adapter integration and optical and electrical inspection.

How fast is shipping, and what warranty do I get?

DHL/UPS express takes 3-5 business days and is free for orders over $800. OLEDoS modules carry a 1-year warranty, and faulty units are replaced.
